A) No. With most of our PPO plans, you have a Doctor's Office Co-pay benefit that allows you to pay only your copay for Doctor's visits and they are not subject to your deductible. Q) Do your plans cover pre-existing conditions? A) That depends on the condition. Some conditions will require a Waiver(meaning it's not covered) for a certain period of time. Some conditions will not be accepted at all. Most conditions will be covered as long as you have had coverage for the past 18 months. Q) What options do I have if I'm not accepted?
